Here is another example of Obama’s unrelenting drive to Socialize America and rip the Constitution apart, while destroying every American’s individual FREEDOM bit by bit; it is known as the AFFIRMATIVELY FURTHERING FAIR HOUSING RULE; aka AFFH. “In effect, AFFH gives the federal government a lever to re-engineer nearly every American neighborhood, imposing a preferred racial and ethnic composition.”
Since it has been out for 2 years and public comment has ended, why are we just hearing about this ? This was kept under the radar and away from the American people deliberately by the media, including our very own, FLORIDA TODAY and it’s mother ship, USA TODAY. Why? Because the Obama administration and a compliant press corps know what a political time bomb this is.
Stanley Kurtz wrote that , “AFFH.. imposes a preferred racial and ethnic composition, densifying housing, transportation, and business development in suburb and city alike, while weakening or casting aside the authority of local governments over core responsibilities, from zoning to transportation to education.” In other words the Feds will control who lives where, what businesses, etc. are allowed in the neighborhoods, at the stroke of a pen.
This will be accomplished by none other than Racial Profiling and a massive system of data collection which, will be the largest consolidation of personal data in US history. An AFFH diversity police state, will see that..”government race cops and civil-rights lawyers will micromanage demographic outcomes in almost every aspect of society”. The first 1/2 white president will use Social Justice engineering to redistribute wealth and take away personal freedom from each American…except of course, for himself and his cronies. If this sounds familiar, you only need look back at the late 1930s and early 1940s to see the same model.
AFFH, like Obamacare, is another one of President Obama’s Social Justice, radical initiatives to shread the Constitution and destroy personal freedom. AFFH will give the federal government a lever to re-engineer nearly every American neighborhood — imposing a preferred racial and ethnic composition. They will decide different aspects of your neighborhood like, percentage black, percentage white, percentage female, percentage Hispanic,etc., and will be able to do so with just the stroke of their pen.
DENSIFY! They will be able to put more people and housing in a neighborhood, making it more dense, in turn, effecting transportation and business development in the suburb and city. The local government’s authority over core responsibilities from zoning to transportation to education will be usurped by the Federal Government; all at the stroke of a pen.
Municipalities across the country should refrain from applying for Community Development Block Grants and other grant programs sponsored by HUD. Take one dollar of HUD money and you will be forced to submit to its demands, which can reach far beyond housing.
