FLORIDA TODAY BURIES TRUTH OF THE DEATH OF 7 YEAR OLD GIRL..

Again, due to the pure hatred for President Trump, Florida Today, through inclusion of  parent company’s USA TODAY article, has again decided to bury facts, and mislead the public. The very public that Florida Today claims to fully inform,

Notice the headline;

“Family of migrant girl who died in Border Patrol custody disputes agency’s account of death”

First, the child and her father were Illegal Aliens. They chose to make a long and perilous journey, that included walking across desert. As a father, I feel for the father of this young lady. I can’t imagine the pain.

Trying to imagine his loss does not however negate some facts;

You do not become severely dehydrated to the point of seizures in an 11 hour period, without mitigating factors such as (lack of food and water) before arriving at the detention facility.

I found the statement by Ruben Garcia of Annunciation House, to be puzzling at best;..“She had not suffered from a lack of water or food prior to approaching the border,”  When did the illegal aliens begin “approaching the boarder”? Was it when they took their first steps thousands of miles ago. Was “approaching the border’, 100 yards, 100 miles or 1000 miles out ?

As a Physician Assistant, I can assure you that a child who is in the custody of US authorities for only 11 hours, does not suffer severe dehydration to the point of seizures in those 11 hours!

It boils down to this..

“Once again, we are begging parents to not put themselves or their children at risk attempting to enter illegally. Please present yourselves at a port of entry and seek to enter legally and safely. We cannot stress enough the dangers posed by traveling long distances, in crowded transportation, or in the natural elements through remote desert areas without food, water and other supplies.”
